Alitalia Airlines After The Merger
Written by Tom Martens on July 1, 2010 – 9:33 am -Alitalia Airlines is headquartered in Rome, Italy and is the’th largest airline in the world. Its main hub is at Leonardo da Vinci-Fiumicino Airport in Rome. Alitalia Airlines serves 24 domestic and 66 international destinations. Alitalia?s top 12 flights originate from Rome. It is a member of the Sky Team Alliance, one of the top airline alliance programs in the world, and offers a frequent flyer program called MileMiglia. Members earn miles by flying on Alitalia or its partner airlines, including the airlines that form the Sky Team Alliance.
Alitalia’s first domestic flight was in’46, from Turin to Catania and then to Rome. Alitalia’s maiden international flight took place in’47 with a flight from Milan to South American. Its present fleet consists primarily of Airbus and Boeing aircraft, as the company makes strategic changes to expand its presence in the international market.
Like many other airlines, Alitalia has faced financial challenges almost continuously since its inception, with just one profitable year,’98. Its most serious financial issues were due to problems with labor issues and government interference. The Italian national government stopped subsidies in 2006, and the airline declared bankruptcy in 2008. The airline then became a private company when Air France-KLM acquired a 25 per cent stake in the airline from the Italian government.

A Guide To Cleaning Any Bedroom And Ways To Keep It That Way
Written by Elizabeth Kelly on June 30, 2010 – 1:58 pm -Cleaning one’s room can be an arduous task. It seems that the concept of entropy would lead us to believe that the universe is destined to become disorganized. This is certainly the case with my room. If I don’t make a concerted effort to keep it clean, it will unravel very quickly.
Over time, I have gotten much better at the process and have figured out some tricks and tips along the way. Here are some of the best ways to keep a clean room.
Dustbuster- Getting a dustbuster will save you time from mopping and will allow you to clean up big chunks of dust with minimal hassle.
Another way to clean up dirt is to purchase a compact sweeper, like a Swiffer WetJet. This is a great way to keep a clean and shiny floor if you don’t have room for a mop and bucket.
Make Your Bed – Get in the habit of making your bed when you leave in the morning. The bed brings a room together, and if you have a clean bed, the rest will follow suit.

All Tariffs Catered For Without Diminishing The Service
Written by Johan Saenz on June 30, 2010 – 1:48 pm -Overview
This tour of Cusco and Machu Picchu hotels took us through some incredible scenery en route to the hotels we were due to stay in for the duration of our trip. We decided that we would enjoy total luxury and sumptuous living for a couple of days in order to acclimatize ourselves to Cusco’s altitude which, at 11,000 feet above sea level, certainly takes a bit of getting used to. Whilst we opted to stay at La Casona, there are many more extremely good hotels in the Cusco area that are all professional and efficient, treating their guests for altitude sickness with supplies of oxygen.
From La Casona to Machu Picchu Pueblo Hotel
I have to say that, during our stay in Cusco, the hotels we came to know, from guests staying in them, catered extremely well for all their guests’ needs and were all extremely comfortable, at all ends of the tariff spectrum. There was time for a stroll around the market at Pisac and time for a quiet afternoon taking photographs of the stunning scenery. The next morning, after booking out of La Casona, we took the train to Aguas Calientas, en route for our visit to Machu Picchu. Maybe it was my sense of anticipation that made me shiver, but I decided to shun the blankets provided on the train and put on a jumper that I had brought with me. We got off the train at Aguas Calientas and made our way to the hotel that we had booked.

Nanaimo, Central Vancouver Island
Written by Casey Beam on June 30, 2010 – 1:06 pm -Nanaimo is located on Vancouver Islands’ protected eastern coast, along the Strait of Georgia. Being the largest city north of the Malahat and its central location, Nanaimo is a good jumping off point for exploring Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands.
The climate is one of the mildest and sunniest in Canada, while the scenery is characteristically Vancouver Island: temperate coastal rainforests, sparkling ocean and majestic mountain ranges.
The city had its beginning as a trading post in the early 1800s. In 1849 the Snuneymuxw chief informed the Hudson’s Bay Company of the presence of coal in the area. By 1853 the company had built a fort known as the Nanaimo Bastion. Incorporated in 1874, Nanaimo is the third oldest city in British Columbia.
Nanaimo has developed into a great place to work, live and visit. The area now offers an accessible waterfront, lots of activities, a university, theatre, the largest hospital in the region, and the list goes on.

Rejuvenate In Serene Cape Town
Written by Chris Du Toit on June 30, 2010 – 12:27 pm -At the very edge of Africa on Table Bay is Cape Town, South Africa. The Dutch East India Company founded it when they needed a supply port for their big ships going to East Africa, India, and the Far East. Now it’s where the National Parliament meets and is home to the legislature and the provincial and other government offices. It’s the biggest city in terms of area and the second biggest in terms of number of people. Table Mountain, Cape Point and its harbor are the sights people often visit.
Flights into Cape Town touch down at Cape Town International Airport, located about 20 minutes from the Cape Town City Centre. Some flights, however, first stop in Johannesburg. There is no public transportation between the airport and the city. It is highly recommended to pre-book transportation from the airport to the city through shuttle services of Magic Bus, City Hopper or Centurion. Private taxis are also available.
Cape Town holds a bounty of pleasures and nobody who samples them will be left wanting. Whether it’s touring, lounging, or taking in the spectacles to be found on the other side of the globe, Cape Town will accommodate you as it has an ever-increasing number of travelers to the African continent. Let’s see what sort of attractions it has to offer.

Bloemfontein – South Africa’s Richest City
Written by Ashley Harrow on June 30, 2010 – 10:02 am -The historic, picturesque city of Bloemfontein is often referred to as South Africa’s judicial capital, largely because this is where the Supreme Court has been located since the earliest days of South Africa’s history. And Bloemfontein, which means “flower spring” in Dutch, was appropriately named, for it is home to many different species of flowers that don’t survive anywhere else in the surrounding areas due to the inhospitable nature of the soil.
Originally founded by the British in about 1846 as a well-guarded military fort, Bloemfontein experienced a great deal of growth and expansion over the years so that it is now considered to be one of the three capitals of South Africa. Today, in fact, it is the sixth largest South African city.
Bloemfontein offers the visitors to this place a wide range of attractive unique natural, cultural and historical spots. The visitors may be interested to visit “The Cheetah Experience” which serves as a rescue establishment for the endangered species of animals. The visitors here are allowed to watch leopards, lions, tigers and cheetahs besides a wide range of other domestic animals. “The Cheetah Experience” makes it an ideal spot for families to visit here in the company of their children to have a closer view of the various animals and is something similar to a petting zoo.

Let’s Talk Toddler Bedding For Boys
Written by Jenius Tanner on June 30, 2010 – 8:00 am -What exactly is a toddler bedding? Well, it is when your baby toddler is all grown up and cease from using his crib and moves on to a big boy bedding. Why would they want to manufacturer a bedding for a toddler? Is it going to be pricey? Is it readily available in most stores? Many mothers would have the same questions in mind and especially the one to do with budgets. Here are all the answers you need to those nagging questions and hopefully you’ll realize why there is a need to purchase a boy bedding.
1. How much does your baby need a toddler bedding? Very much. Since your baby boy has now become a toddler, a crib is no longer sufficient. Hence you will be required to purchase bed sheets that would fit his new bed.
2. What if I just use my own bed sheets to fit into his toddler bed? It would be a very bad move. Since your bed sheets would be considerably larger than his, they will become messy and disarrange very easily, causing discomfort to your child. These baby bedding will not only ensure a sound sleep but also protects his sensitive skin.
