How Marketing Executive Recruiters Help Business Achieve Proper Hiring

Written by Bill McNamee-Lamb on May 23, 2010 – 11:31 am -

Those that may not have heard of the moniker “marketing executive recruiter” are assuredly familiar with the term “head hunter.” The two are, essentially, one in the same. A marketing executive recruiter is generally someone that is hired to locate marketing professionals for executive level positions. It is their prime business to connect top marketing professionals with those companies in dire need of their expertise.

Some may wonder what this might have to do with their own individual company. Some may even be thinking that they are sharp enough to hire their own employees. Yet, when you stop to truly think about it, you can see the scores of responsibilities that are required to handle such work. Most people would find the process of interviewing potential hires, eliminating those that do not fit the grade, and then actually deciding on someone that can fit into a fast paced office environment to be a little burdensome.

Never lose sight of the fact you always have your own job to do. You would probably not want to waste much time (upwards of several hours) running job ads, reviewing resumes, and interviewing various different candidates. This process becomes further time consuming due to the number of people that lack the qualifications for executive level positions that wish to apply anyway. Such applicants need to be sorted out and eliminated if you wish to find the proper professionals that are worth the time to interview.

Elk like to live close to forest edges as well as feed on bark, plants, tree leaves, grass, and other plants. Elk require about 10-15 pounds of vegetation every day to remain healthy and also have been known to roam a hundred square mile region searching for edible vegetation.

The stronger buck is one which will win courting rights with the nearby cow, and usually the loser will retreat to be in isolation. Often, two bucks struggle to the death in these courting traditions. Actually, bucks have been known to lock antlers through sparring (antler wrestling) and starve to death as a result.

Elk meat is high in protein and is known to taste something between venison and beef. Elk meat is lower in fat than chicken or beef and higher in protein. It is also particularly high in zinc, phosphorus, and iron.
