So You Want To Upload Files To The Internet?
Written by Kevin Henry on March 10, 2010 – 3:54 pm -Uploading to the Internet is pretty fast, easy, and a great way to share things with your friend’s and family. In recent years we started uploading everything from photos to software, videos, music, and even text files. All of this can be done easily and efficiently by using various web sites. This also allows others to share what you are uploading, and you can also receive what other people have.
Some popular file sharing sites are as follows:
Photocbucket.com
RapidShare.com
Megaupload.com
Fotolog.com
Flickr.com
Imageshack.com
Some of those sites are strictly for photos, while others are for music, and some are for everything. Photobucket.com is a superb site for uploading, sharing, and editing photos and videos. You can even do things like create slide shows, and store as many photos as you want! Thousands of photos can be uploaded onto an account, which means deleting them off your computer. That will save a lot of memory for you on your hard drive. In my opinion uploading to other web sites is the best option because it’s less complicated, you can share with others and get things you want, and it’s fast. Any body who can type can do this.

What is ISO?
Written by Byron Ash on March 10, 2010 – 3:29 pm -So far, in the course of internet file sharing, we’ve been chock-loaded with a whole bunch of file formats to make it easier for transmission across the net and to insure data integrity when it does arrive into your PC. We have heard of zipping files to compress and protect your files but these only work for files that need compression. There are files that no matter what compression file you use; you’d end up with the same size file. These are usually installers or whole CD’s. Most especially if time is the enemy; you have to rush delivering a CD’s contents to another country.
Converting files into the .iso format is probably one of the best things to do when sending large files over the net. It works in the same principle as zipping. Files are converted into a single file that is easy to transmit over the net. Those large files in the folder can then be stored in an .iso file that is secure and easy to transfer.

Free Satellite TV Thru Computer
Written by Joe Haaredee on March 10, 2010 – 7:39 am -Nothing could be more convincing than an exact first-hand experience. The new TV which we had just purchased last week is living example. It is the latest model on the LCD series of a branded Japanese make. with all the sophisticated features, it can be hooked up to numerous external devices, including computers. That made me sat up and took notice immediately. To me, such big-name corporations don’t design new features into their products just by tummy feel or prediction. This television and PC integration appears to be a potential trend setter.
On the surface, it seems as simple as just using the TV as a P. C. monitor but that would not jive from the angle of practicality and technology. But when you view it as equipping the TV to accept transmission thru the PC, it starts to make sense. Yes, big TV thru computer must be on the horizon.
The PC can handily supplant the set-top boxes. It has more capability and it doesn’t incur any additional effort or expense. In fact, there is savings to be realized thru equipment optimization overall. It would not be long now before TV becomes mostly accessed through home PCs. It is a rare home nowadays that has no PC with Internet access anyhow and would not it be novel if TV could come through the computer through the Net too?

Effortlessly Defend Yourself From Fiendish Spyware
Written by Albert J. Swizer on March 10, 2010 – 3:37 am -More and more people today are doing more and more things on the Internet. From shopping, to downloading songs and movies, the Internet is becoming the number one source for a variety of things for most people today. But as with other growing technology, there is some darkness behind all the easy and convenient access. In the world of the Internet, this comes in the form of spyware and adware.
What exactly is spyware and adware? First of all, these two categories of programs are different from something commonly referred to as “malware,” which is short for malicious software. Malicious software is intended to do only one thing: Annihilate as much of your computer’s information as possible. And often times it does this, and then makes copies of itself and sends itself to all your email links.
Spyware and adware, on the other hand, aren’t so dreadful. Yes, they can immobilize your computer and make you want to toss it out the window, but they aren’t planned with such fiendish purposes. They only sneak around to find information. Many times personal information that you’d rather not get out in the open.

Movies, videos, even TV shows can be viewed over the Internet. Even international face to face video chats, which would have been unheard of only a few years ago, are common place today. But as the amount of technology increases, so does the dangers. And one of the most annoying things that you can inadvertently pick up today is spyware, adware and other malicious software.
Spyware and adware are usually considered to be the same thing, but sometimes they aren’t. Spyware is any software that has been installed on your computer that monitors how you use certain programs. Since spyware is frequently installed by those hoping to use your personal advantage to get gain an advertising edge, it is usually thought of as the same thing as adware. But spyware can also be effectively used by parents and bosses to observe computer activity.

Learn How To Transfer Programs To New Computer
Written by Angel Crawford on March 9, 2010 – 3:14 pm -Although it is fairly easy to transfer files from one computer to the next, it is harder to transfer programs. The reason for this is programs are very big, where as files are smaller. They are easy to transfer and easier to download and upload. You also have many ways to transfer files, where as programs your ways are limited.
Below are some ways that you can transfer programs safely and efficiently
1) Buy a software program that can be used to transfer the programs. Although this product will cost you over $50 bucks, it is very helpful and easy to use. All you simply have to do is download the software, and run it. Then simply follow the directions and start transferring. However one other thing you will need is a USB wire. This wire is used to move the programs from the old computer to the new computer. Without this wire you will not be able to transfer the files this way. You must plug one end of the wire into your old computer, then one into the newer laptop or computer. The data software will make it extremely easy to just sync the programs and watch it download. The time it will take varies from user to user; it depends on your upload and download speed, as well as the type of connection you’re running.
